A service name should help you understand an appointment. If you are curious about NeXcia Sculpt, I want you to have a clear starting point: what the service is, how much time you are choosing and what it costs. There is also room to ask about the actual equipment and how I use it before deciding whether to book.

At Season Fitness & Wellness, NeXcia Sculpt is a standalone, personalized device-assisted bodywork service. It is $160 for 60 minutes or $220 for 90 minutes. Those are two appointment lengths, rather than an add-on to a separate massage.

My personal approach still begins with you. We discuss the areas you want to address, what you hope to understand about the service and your comfort preferences. I explain the proposed work and check how it feels as we go. You can ask a question, request an adjustment or ask me to stop. Using equipment does not replace listening to the person receiving the care.

People sometimes ask whether a longer appointment must mean a stronger or more effective service. I prefer to talk about time and focus. We can discuss which length makes sense for the plan you are considering. I do not attach a guaranteed result to either duration, and I want you to understand the appointment rather than choose from a promise.

You may also have seen a NeXcia silicone attachment enhancement on my massage menu. That is a smaller addition during another appointment, with its own additional time and price. It is separate from standalone NeXcia Sculpt. If you are comparing the two, ask me which service you are looking at so we can make the distinction clear before you choose.

My decades of experience in massage, dance, sports and movement shape the attention I bring to bodywork. I enjoy helping people understand their choices. For this service, that means explaining the equipment I actually use and the session I actually offer. Product advertising can raise interesting questions, but I do not use advertising language as a promise about what your body will do.

The facial offering is Coming soon. There is no announced price or launch date. I will share its details when they are ready. The body service and the future facial offering should each have their own clear description.

If you are in Rancho Bernardo and curious about NeXcia Sculpt, visit Season Fitness & Wellness and ask about the session. You are welcome to ask what the equipment is, what the two lengths allow time for and how the service differs from a massage enhancement.

Personal care. Whole-body understanding. Movement for life.
